Colorado Chinese American Brain Health Initative
Our goal is to improve of the knowledge of dementia and promote brain health behaviors among middle-aged and older Chinese Americans in Denver, Colorado.
Our targeted population is to whoever is self-identified as a Asian Chinese aged 50 or older and he/she is currently residing in Colorado.
Our main activities are a 7-week brain health workshops conducted in person and online.
We partnered with NextFifty Initiative Foundation.
Holidays Celebration
The purpose of senior holidays celebrations is to honor and celebrate the senior members of our communities, prodivding them with opportunities for socialization, joy and a sense of belonging during festive times.
These celebrations are designed to recognize and appreicate that valuable contributions that seniors have made throughtout their lives, while also addressing portential feelings of loneliness or isolation that can be more pronounced during holiday seasons.
